FRANCHISE CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Restaurant Experience 

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of previous restaurant experience, or have an operational partner that does. 

Development Territory 

Candidates must have the ability to develop a minimum of three (1) restaurant in the proposed development territory. 

Terms 

We offer a twenty year term with two ten year renewals. 

Franchise Fees/Royalties

 • Franchise Fee: $25,000 

• Royalty: 4% 

Financial Qualifications 

A minimum net worth of $500K and liquidity of $250K.
